NGL Captain's with Boys County Junior competition

2nd April 2024 at Overstone Park GC

Philip Horne, Oscar Cope, Jack Meakin and Richard Beeby winning team with 88 points with Richard Cole, President of the Northamptonshire Golf Captains

The meeting was held on 2nd April at Overstone Park Golf Club.

We had 32 plyers (16 Captains & 16 County Juniors) format four-ball team, best Captain & best Junior stableford score to count on each hole, full Course Handicap

Given the bad weather during days leading up to competitions the course was just about playable although the all-bunkers GUR.

 The day started with coffee & bacon roll, before announcing the pairings for the day.

After play we sat down to a very welcome carver (beef) with the usual vegetables etc, desert was chocolate brownie.
