2017 Ladies Past Captains v Oxfordshire match

9th August at Kirklington GC

It rained for the first 6 holes with a vengeance as is the norm this year, then it stopped and we all, with the exception of one team played until the games were finished. Result was a 5/3 win to Northamptonshire. The food and the course were absolutely excellent.

Jean McKenzie and Suzanne Sylvester - matched halved

Diane Green and Gina Evans lost 5/4

Chris Gore and Angela Crawley - lost 2 down

Sandy Burgess and Sue Rattenbury won 2 up

Liz Swan and Di Drew - 1 up

Heather Williams and Sandra Goldsack - matched halved over 9 holes

Nita Pryer and Bobbie Austin won 3/2

It was a lovely  day in the end as we were not expecting to play more than 9 holes in the heavy rain.
