Our Ultimate aim as a County is the Pursuit of Excellence.
We have set the highest possible targets and have a panel of County Coaches who have bought into these aims and objectives.
As players progress through the levels and age bands we are geared up to assist the players fulfilling their potential.
Our objective is to work alongside their own coaches and we will feed back any observations noticed by our County Coaches.
