NGL Ladies Vets Autumn Am Am Meeting

Monday 10th September 2018 at Elton Furze GC

Our last meeting of the year was held at Elton Furze Golf Club, this was our Autumn Am Am. We had 120 Ladies down to play, with the first Ladies teeing off at 8.30am and the last going off at 12.30pm.  When I arrived at Elton Furze, Liz was all ready there, all set, up ready for action. I walked down to the 1st Tee to wait for the 1st team to arrive,  after seeing them all tee off down the 1st, the next team was walking down and that's how it went all morning. The weather was great for playing golf  not too hot , like it has been in the past, when it was too hot. I however did get a bit chilly standing around, so I got my jacket out of the car, I did get  quite a few compliments about my jacket, so thank you to those who tried it on,  we had a fashion show, and for giving me it back. 

I was delighted that Dion, our President. was able to come to the last meeting, thank you Dion for all your help, it has been such a pleasure seeing you at the meeting.
Thank you to all the Ladies that played in the meeting, Thank you to Fee for making us very welcomed, and the bar staff and the caterers for the food and drinks. Also for the gentleman in the Pro shop for putting out the nearest the pin markers.
