NGL Women's Vets 3rd  match v Staffordshire

9th May 2024 at Collingtree Park GC

We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful day for golf after all the rain we've had. The Collingtree Park golf course was a delight to play, yet exhausting, as we are not all used to playing 18 holes on a long course in hot dry weather! We were privileged to have Mike, the Collingtree Park starter to see us all off on time with a smile and with strict instructions to repair any divots we might make. Simon, the Pro and the bar and catering team ensured everything went smoothly for us. The Staffordshire ladies and some of our ladies had travelled a long way to play in the match.  I'm sure everyone enjoyed the day and made new golfing friends. Thank you all for playing
