The match between the Women's Past Captains and Men Past Captains was held this year at Collingtree Golf Club. The format of the match was 4BBB stableford competition with prizes for the winning ladies pair and the winning men's pair. 32 players took part on what was a rare warm, dry day.
The result of the match was the men totalled 268 stableford points to the women 252. The winning men's pair got 42 points between them and the ladies leading scorers were Elaine Mankelow from Peterborough Milton and Suzanne Silvester with 39 points. and the men were Graham Jones and David Hill with 42 points.
Collingtree Golf Club is a very welcoming venue for a match like this where the atmosphere was very friendly and friendships were forged over a two course meal before the presentation of the trophy.
