Position Vacancy

Adult Team Director

This is a Board appointment with responsibility for running team golf in Northamptonshire.

Main responsibilities are:

Leading, planning and organizing team golf across the County.

With the Coaching Director – identifying, agreeing and implementing coaching and training needs.

Ensuring that there is a fair, balanced, and transparent selection process for all teams.

Working with the Director of Junior Golf to facilitate the progress of players through junior to senior golf.

Managing the County team budget

Being a figurehead and spokesperson for team golf across the County

As a volunteer position the working hours are self-governed. Some face-to-face or virtual meetings will be a requirement.

Applicants should have their own transport, and a mileage allowance is available.

Skills and competencies should be commensurate with this team leadership position.
